The Policies of The Cimarron Hotel

Pet Policy: We accept dogs under 10 pounds for a fee of $25.00 per night over and above the room rate. 1 dog maximum in the room at a time. All dogs must be kenneled while in the room if the owner is not present. Rooms will not be cleaned unless the owner is present and the dog is kenneled. Should we have any noise complaints, you may be asked to remove the dog from the property. A deep cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary.

Cancellation Policy: The hotel offers a 48 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel your reservation by 4 PM 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees may vary and change without notice.

Smoking Policy: The entire hotel and The Loft are smoke free zones. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building. All rooms are non-smoking. If there is ANY evidence of smoking an additional charge of $200.00 plus tax will be added to your stay.
